3) Payment Terms

• All payments must be made upfront or as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

4) Termination of Services

The agreement may be cancelled by either party with a written notice. However, any fees paid for work already performed are non-refundable.
